Appreciative Inquiry reflects a different approach and focuses on what works and gives life and strength to an organisation.  Appreciative Inquiry goes beyond merely re-labelling problems as ‘opportunities’. 

The aim of this bite size session is to introduce participants to a new way of thinking that will broaden their options for dealing with organisational challenges.
